Prices in GBP per month, cancel any time in the billing portal. Live video minutes are billed by Anam to your own Anam account, not by FirstReceive.
Plain answers
Is it a person?
No. It's an AI assistant and says so if asked. It can be wrong, so it passes anything it isn't sure of to your team.
Can it book appointments or take payments?
No. It collects the request and the visitor's details, and your team confirms. It never asks for card details.
Does it read my whole site?
Your home page and up to three linked pages about you, your services, prices or contact details. Add anything else as notes.
What does live video need?
An account with Anam (anam.ai). You paste your Anam API key and avatar details into FirstReceive. Your key is stored encrypted and never sent to visitors.
What happens when it's busy?
Each plan has a daily message allowance. When it runs out, or the AI service is busy, visitors are asked to leave their details instead.
