Privacy and terms

FirstReceive is run by Finsec Associates Limited (a UK company), trading as TriangleOS. Contact: hq@triangleos.com.

What we store

• Your account email and sign-in details (through Supabase).
• What you save for each receptionist: your web address, the text read from your public pages, your notes and settings.
• Details visitors choose to leave through your receptionist (name, email, phone, message, page). These belong to you; we store them for you to see in your dashboard and, if you set an address, email them to you.
• A daily count of messages per receptionist. Chat messages themselves are not stored after the reply is sent.
• If you add live video, your Anam API key, encrypted.

Who processes it

• Supabase (database and sign-in) and Cloudflare (hosting).
• Google Gemini, or TriangleOS's own model when available, to write replies. Visitor messages and your business information are sent to it to produce each answer.
• Anam, only if you connect your own Anam account for live video.
• Stripe for subscriptions, and Resend for lead emails if enabled.

Your responsibilities

If you add FirstReceive to your website, you're the controller of your visitors' details and should mention the chat in your own privacy notice. Only add information you're allowed to publish. The receptionist is an AI and can make mistakes; it doesn't give legal, medical or financial advice, book appointments or take payments.

Plans and cancelling

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe. You can cancel in the billing portal at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. To delete your account and data, email us.
